Ron White - Principal

Ron White has spent most of his adult life involved in the areas of asset management and real estate development. Dating back to his career in the financial services industry as both licensed securities representative and insurance agent in 1969, to his first multi-million dollar real estate development in 1973, his career spans 37 years in the real estate and financial services industry. Mr. White has participated as principal in real estate development in large acreage master plans to single purpose specialty buildings ranging in size from a few thousand square feet to more than a thousand acre master plans. In many of the projects developed, Mr. White also acted as the General Contractor building everything from single family residential tracts, industrial parks, commercial centers, recreational facilities and considerable amount of both on and off site improvements on large acreage master plans. Mr. White served as CEO of Home DevCo, Inc. (residential builder), Centennial Properties, Inc. (real estate property management), Centennial Corporation (equity ventures and real estate brokerage), The Centennial Group, Inc. (real estate developer and General Partner in over 50 partnerships owning various types real estate exceeding a billion dollars in value).

Mr. White is very familiar with the demands upon lending institutions and regulations therein. Mr. White has served as a principal, corporate officer, board member of both federally insured financial institutions as well as non-regulated financial companies. Noteworthy participation as Vice Chairman of the Board/Director of Sunwest Bank for over a dozen years, Member of the Board of Directors of Sacramento First National Bank, Member of the Board of Directors Heritage Thrift and Loan, Officer and Director of Centennial Beneficial Corporation a direct mortgage lender as well as General Partner for Centennial Mortgage Income Funds a direct lender in real estate. Mr. White’s tenure as Principal, Board Member, General Partner covers a 25 year span during some of the most profitable years in the real estate industry and the turbulent times of the early 90’s.

Mr. White has served on loan committees in both approving real estate loans as well as work out situations for special assets. Over the 25 year span he has dealt directly with regulators with the FDIC, FSLIC, COC, Federal Reserve and the requirements of FASB and GAAP.

Leonard Steinberg – Principal

With more than 25 years of experience in real estate development and building industries, Leonard Steinberg has secured entitlements for thousands of acres of property in California and Nevada. He has served in leadership roles for the design, development, building and sale of thousands of homes and condominiums/apartments as well as large-scale master-planned communities and commercial and industrial centers. His extensive background with numerous facets of the industry include expertise in land acquisition, entitlement and zoning, land-use and planning, product design and development, sales and marketing, building implementation, cash flow analysis, subdivision financing and public entity lending practices.
Mr. Steinberg was recruited to serve as Division President for the nations largest public homebuilding company, Pulte Homes. Under his leadership, Pulte Homes of San Diego became a driving force in the fiercely competitive San Diego Housing Market. Prior to Pulte Homes Mr. Steinberg served as Chief Operating Officer for one of San Diego’s largest private development and homebuilding companies, ColRich Communities.
Mr. Steinberg was the Founder and Chairman of Heartland Homes, Inc. Located in Nevada, Heartland homes successfully competed against hundreds of private and public development companies throughout the Las Vegas Valley. In 2000 Mr. Steinberg sold heartland homes and returned to California to pursue new development opportunities.
Mr. Steinberg is an active member of several professional organizations and has served on the Board of Directors for private and non-profit organizations.

John Miles – Principal

John Miles is a California licensed attorney and has practiced in the corporate and real estate areas for 34 years, the last 20 as a partner with one of the world's largest international law firms. He has represented residential/commercial/industrial developers, lenders, and syndicators. In addition John has been a bank director as well as a director of a public bank holding company. Earlier in his career, he was a licensed real estate broker and had an ownership interest in and was a director of an Orange County based commercial real estate brokerage company. Currently John is an active real estate investor but continues to practice law.
